How does it work ?
The user’s phone becomes their login method, protected by the phone unlock mechanism (FaceID, Fingerprint, passcode, etc).
User identification is based on phone stored cryptographic keys protected with biometrics (no phone number required).
When browsing on any device that isn't a phone, such as a desktop or smart TV, clicking the passwordless button will automatically prompt Apple users to authenticate with their phone’s FaceID/TouchID.
Non-Apple users will be presented a QR code that they will scan with their phone and then authenticate via biometrics.
If the user’s phone is unavailable or doesn’t support biometrics, OwnID offers alternative authentication methods, such as a magic link.
How to use it?
If you are a New Customer
- go to Login, and enter your Email Address in appropriate field in Register form
- do not fill anything in Password field
- select “Login with your phone's Face ID or Fingerprint” Fingerprint Icon
- Follow the Onscreen instructions and instructions on your phone
- When the Passkey registration is successful the ‘Finger' icon shows a green tick sign
- Confirm ‘I am not a robot' Captcha
- Click Register Button
- Now, you are logged in your account and can place orders in our system
If you are an Existing Customer
- go to Login, and enter your Email Address in appropriate field in Login form
- do not fill anything in Password field
- select “Login with your phone's Face ID or Fingerprint” Fingerprint Icon
- Follow the Onscreen instructions and instructions on your phone
- You will receive a one time verification code to confirm your ownership of the email address you entered
- Now, you are logged in your account and can place orders in our system

Returning Customer
- go to Login
- if you have just one registered account with our system and you already configured it for Passkey, skip to (2)
- if you have multiple accounts registered with our system which you configured for Passkey, enter the Email Address in appropriate field in Login form
- select “Login with your phone's Face ID or Fingerprint” Fingerprint Icon
- Follow the Onscreen instructions and instructions on your phone or on your computer
- Now, you are logged in your account and can place orders in our system
