Excellent service in the midst of a Air Canada Strike I was caught in the midst of the Air Canada strike and information was told that flights were cancelled, then flights were back on, then eventually at last minute they were cancelled. By keeping Johanny informed she was able to adjust the driver to pick me up and cancel at the last minute. It was a very hectic time. I managed to book a flight home five days later (the airline was no help at all), and I called Johanny and was able to rebook the driver to take me to the airport!!!
It did not matter where she was (driving down some road) she assisted me and re-arranged drivers and pick up times.
She was caring and helpful even when I was having troubles applying the credit to my future trip.
I really appreciate all the help I received. Other companies could follow her example on what truly is Great Customer Service!!

Excellent service We used Coronado Services to move to Panama City. We had 6 suitcases so needed a large vehicle. The appropriate size van turned up 10 minutes early at our location. The driver was pleasant and helpful, loading the suitcases into the van. He drove very carefully to Panama City, also stopping for a chance to use the toilet facilities on route. In the van was a cool box with cold drinks including beer. We arrived at our new location having experienced a comfortable drive. The price was great value for money. Would definitely recommend.
