Very professional service What a great experience. We booked a ride from PTY airport to Nueva Gorgona and everything went perfect. The Driver had a sign with my name on it so when we got through customs at the airport there was no confusion. We drove in a nice air conditioned van that had a cooler full of complimentary beverages including Balboa beer. As advertised, he drove us to a Rey supermarket that was a few km from our resort so we could buy some groceries and then he kindly unloaded all of our gear at the condo. Five star service.

This past weekend, we had the pleasure of visiting Panama and utilized Coronado Services for all our transportation needs—from airport pick-up to hotel transfers, and ultimately back to the airport on our departure day. Their hospitality, communication, and the overall quality of their vehicles were truly exceptional. The cars were clean and comfortable, and the staff clearly takes pride in their work. We found the team to be extremely friendly and accommodating, making the entire experience seamless. They even made a few extra stops for us, such as a grocery store and a Starbucks, ensuring we had everything we needed. They took care of our luggage and even provided a cooler of drinks for the trip. In short, Coronado Services is the car service to use when you're in the area. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my travel arrangements in Panama, and I look forward to working with them exclusively in the future.

5 Star + Service My wife, Linda and I have been travelling to Panama for the past 10 years, mostly in the Coronado and Buenaventura area. We met Johanny when she only had a small taxi service but knew her enthusiasm and determination to develop a first class transportation business would eventually lead to just that. As a business owner myself, I don’t believe I have met anyone who has worked harder or been more focused on ensuring her clients experience nothing but a first class service. All her employees have the same positive attitude as she does and it shows in the performance of their work. Johanny has gone out of her way to ensure our experience has always been a positive one, even to the point of personally helping me find my lost passport on the morning of our departure….not a feeling I ever want to experience again! So, If you are looking for transportation or tourist related adventures in Panama, look no further, you won’t be disappointed!

Disappointing We booked two shuttle trips with Services Coronado and had to cancel one and reschedule for a different pick up location. Our first shuttle was from PTY to Coronado, with a quick stop for shopping. While we were in the store our friend was robbed of $450 USD from his backpack. We had to cancel the second shuttle and reschedule for a different pick up location and did not receive a refund for the trip cancellation ($112 USD), as indicated in the contract. The rescheduled trip we paid full price. The rescheduled shuttle to PTY was uneventful and our driver was courteous.
